As per data available about 90 % of the organised sector companies conduct background verifications of some or other checks .But about 95 % companies under unorganised sector don’t do background verifications of the employee.Today in India products sell are taking place on line specially in Metro and big cities and being delivered by unskilled /blue collar employees.Thus it is very important to have to indepth background verifications of such employees.
